Shoes not quite right?
Our return policy is pretty flexible. We'll never leave you in shoes you and your little one don't love.
If for any reason, you or your little one don’t adore your Sole Sox, we can organize an Exchange or Return. Just reach out via our Contact Us page.
Simply Contact Us within 30 calendar days from delivery of parcel.
We send most orders in composable shipping bags, to minimize our environmental impact. These composable bags can be re-used to return your order and ensure our Sole Sox make it safely back home.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging with tags attached if applicable.
If Shipping Protection & Free Returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be required to cover the cost of posting the products back to us.
Ensure you include your packing slip/proof of purchase in the return postage.
You can request a refund less postage, account credit or exchange.
We cannot retroactively refund or apply coupon codes to past purchases if the customer does not enter code at checkout.
The date of Package delivery is day 1 of the 30 days allowed for returns.
Gift items can be returned for store credit within 30 days after delivery date. We understand that sometimes gifts can be received after the 30 day period. If this is the case please reach out to our team and they will be more than happy to help.
Clearance Items, Mystery Bundles &/or any item that states so in the product description are not eligible for Returns/Exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfil our Return & Exchange Policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as baby food ware products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
