Continue Healthy Foot Development with Children’s Barefoot Shoes

With all the benefits that barefoot shoes bring to babies and toddlers, it only makes sense to continue nurturing your child’s healthy foot development as they grow. Our range of barefoot shoes is perfect for kids who are ready to take their walking and running skills to the next level. And if your child hasn’t yet experienced the freedom of barefoot shoes, now’s the perfect time to introduce them.

Children's barefoot shoes encourage natural movement, giving kids the room they need to spread their toes, develop strong arches, and build up the muscles in their feet and ankles. They’re soft and smooth, avoiding any sensory discomfort, and they’re so easy to slip on—perfect for kids learning to be more independent, with no tricky laces to deal with or trip over!

Why Are Barefoot Shoes for Babies The Best Option?

Sole Sox barefoot shoes are lightweight and flexible, so your child can move as if they were barefoot. This footwear type offers more support to developing bones and muscles, as well as giving your child the freedom to manoeuvre without bulky weights attached to their ankles.

These baby shoes slip on like a sock so they don’t have laces causing trip hazards and they take just a few seconds to slip on - so no more chasing your child around the house when it’s time to leave. The soles are gripped for sturdiness and support your child’s balance as they learn how to control their legs and feet naturally.

Kids enjoy mud, sliding on the grass, and occasionally stepping in something they shouldn’t. If that’s the case, you’ll find Sole Sox barefoot shoes are very easy to clean. Made from combed cotton and flexible soft rubber, our baby barefoot shoes can be washed as many times as you like. They’re machine washable at 30C, so you don’t need to make adjustments to your wash cycle just for them. We’ve also ensured they are fast to air dry - tumble dryers may warp the soft rubber so it’s best to avoid.

To make sure you get everything you need from a shoe, we also include the insoles so there’s no need to purchase separately.

Sole Sox offers a range of styles and colours to suit any weather, occasion, and wardrobe. In the middle of summer does your child have sweaty feet that make them cranky and irritable? Try our mesh sox that are breathable and cooling to help prevent those heat-related meltdowns.

Or would you like to go for a refreshing walk in the crisp autumn air? Take a look at our water-resistant styles that protect your child’s feet as they explore outdoors.
