You can submit your return or size exchange request using our online form at the bottom of this page!
Our return policy is pretty flexible. We'll never leave you in shoes you and your little one don't love.
If for any reason, you or your little one don’t adore your Sole Sox, we can organise an Exchange or Return. Just fill out the form below within 30 calendar days from delivery of parcel.
We send most orders in composable shipping bags, to minimise our environmental impact. These composable bags can be re-used to return your order and ensure our Sole Sox make it safely back home.
We cannot retroactively refund or apply coupon codes to past purchases if the customer does not enter code at checkout.
Clearance Items, Mystery Bundles &/or any item that states so in the product description are not eligible for Returns/Exchange.
For promotional offers (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free), free items are not eligible for refund or store credit. If part of the order is returned, the promotion will be recalculated.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfil our Return & Exchange Policy.

Easy to order simple to follow sizing, great for my grand daughter only shoes she will keep on her feet.
Sturdy little shoes, love the colour and flexibility of the sole. My daughter seems very comfortable wearing them. She has worn them for a week now and they are holding up well. Not so easy to remove for little fingers as there is two velcro spots.
Very soft, comfortable. Perfect for those tiny little feet indoor and outdoor. Highly recommend.

My daughter‘s foot turns in a slight bit so we have tried many shoes now that she is walking for outside and they always fall off on this 1 foot and it is really difficult for us to get her shoes on so we tried the sole Sox and they have been absolutely wonderful. They stay on her feet. They’re so easy to get on , and they are the best ones so far.

we love our sole sox! we had the mesh sandals when my son was younger and we now have the velcro sole sox and they are always a favourite with my toddler. so easy to put on and even great for him to put on himself too. highly recommend
