Sole Sox Quality Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
At Sole Sox, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products.
If your baby or toddler outwears their Sole Sox before they outgrow them, we’ll replace them—subject to the terms below.
What’s Covered
This guarantee covers manufacturing faults and normal wear and tear where the wear makes the product unusable before the child has outgrown the size.
Examples of covered issues include (but are not limited to): sole separation or excessive sole wear that compromises use; stitching or seam failure; material breakdown that affects comfort, safety, or function.
What’s Not Covered
The Quality Guarantee does not cover aesthetic or cosmetic changes only, including fading, minor scuffing, or appearance changes that do not affect usability; incorrect sizing or fit; damage caused by misuse, alteration, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Eligibility Requirements
To submit a claim, customers must be the original purchaser; provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt); submit clear photos showing the area of wear or issue, the sole, and the size label inside the product; and confirm that the child has not outgrown the size.
Replacement Terms
Approved claims will receive a replacement pair in the same size as originally purchased. Size upgrades are not permitted. If the original style, colour, or design is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable alternative in the same size and of equal value will be provided. Each item is eligible for one replacement only.
Shipping Costs
Sole Sox will provide the replacement product at no charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item except where the product is deemed faulty on receipt, in which case Sole Sox will cover the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid before the replacement is dispatched where applicable.
Timeframe
Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the original purchase date, unless otherwise assessed by Sole Sox. If your order includes multiple sizes, our team will take this into consideration if more than 6 month's has lapsed.
Assessment & Final Decision
All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Sole Sox reserves the right to determine whether wear impacts the functional usability of the product. Sole Sox’s decision on all claims is final.
