Need a different size? You can request your exchange or return online without contacting our customer service team.
Before you begin
Items must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Be unworn and in their original condition

Include the original packaging

Not be marked as final sale
Request a size exchange

Click Start a size exchange below.

Sign in using the email address associated with your order.

Shopify will email you a six-digit verification code.

Open the relevant order and select Request return.

Select the shoes you want to exchange.

Choose Too small or Too big as the reason.

In the notes field, write: “Exchange for size [REQUIRED SIZE].”

Submit your request.
We will review your request and confirm whether the requested size is available. Once approved, you will receive the return address and packing instructions automatically.
Please do not send your shoes until your request has been approved.
Sending your exchange
Place your packing slip or note with your order number & requested Style/size Exchange inside the parcel and return the shoes using a tracked shipping service. Keep your tracking receipt until your exchange is complete.
Your replacement will be dispatched after your returned shoes have been received and inspected.
Requested sizes are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will contact you with the available options.
